Some Medicare Supplement plans are willing to pay for their members to be active in a quilt guild, through Grouper (formerly Element3).  United Healthcare is the first, and effective January 1, 2025, Kaiser will be on board.

One example of a fun guild activity that can also be a fundraiser for the guild.  A volunteer designer and $10 per person was all it took.

Mt. Tam's children's book, Silicon Valley's quilt journal, or a guild cookbook are examples of books that can be successful fundraisers.
